Mark Zimmerman
In March of 2010, the Board of Directors promoted Mark Zimmerman to President and CEO.  Mark Zimmerman joined the Simplex team April 2001 as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Zimmerman was responsible for the internal operations of the company including Production, Engineering and Administrative Departments. Mr. Zimmerman recently headed the Helipod acquisition project.  He also served as Project Manager for the Fire Attack and Spray System development for the Russian Kazan built Ansat Helicopters. Prior to Simplex, Mark held several senior management positions with other privately held companies in a variety of industries.
